Is my product in stock?
All Artivelo products are normally in stock. If this is not the case, it will be mentioned next to the item in the online webshop. But do not worry; every product that is currently not in stock will definitely be delivered later!
How can I return my order and within which period is this possible?
Not satisfied with your purchase? Or did something go wrong during delivery? You can return your order within 15 days from the date of purchase. However, returns must be accompanied by the proof of purchase. The product cannot be damaged and must be complete when returned.
How can I exchange my order?
You can send the BikeDock – in its original packaging, complete and without damage – and the proof of purchase to our return address. Once we receive the return delivery, your money will be reimbursed within 7 days.
Will I receive an order confirmation?
We will send you a confirmation email once you have placed an order. This email will mention the product(s) you have purchased.
Did you not receive a conformation email?
Occasionally, automatic confirmation emails can get lost. If you have not received confirmation from us within a day, please inform us via email or telephone. We will then address the matter as soon as possible.
I provided the wrong address. Can I still change this?
We all make mistakes now and again. If this is the case, please contact us before the package leaves our premises. If we are on time, we will probably be able to cancel or correct the delivery.
What should I do if an order has not been received?
This was not our intention; please accept our apologies! If you place an order, and it is not received within the expected delivery period of 3 working days (within the Netherlands), then please contact us and we will do everything to deliver your package to the right address as soon as possible.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
The package should arrive at the mentioned address within 3 working days. Please contact us if this is not the case.
What are the postage costs?
We do not charge postage costs for the Netherlands, Belgium and 30 other countries!
Can the BikeDock also be delivered internationally?
We deliver to over 30 international countries. The countries in question can be found on our contact page. If your country is not among them, please contact us.
What are the payment options?
You can purchase your BikeDock in a number of ways. For example, IDEAL, VISA, Mastercard, PayPal and credit card. Are you unable to pay via one of the mentioned channels? No need to worry. We will work with you to find a possible solution. If you send your request via email, we will do everything to resolve the matter.
Will levies or taxes be added?
The price includes 21% VAT. Besides this, no extra costs will be charged. What you see is what you get.
Product & Quality
Which material is used to produce the BikeDock?
The BikeDock is made from 3mm-thick high-grade steel. The surface has been powder coated for the best result. The cushion used to support your race bike is made from leather, and contains a special foam filling.
What is the maximum bearing capacity?
The maximum bearing capacity is 15kg. This is more than enough for any race bike. The BikeDock can even support some city bikes or leisure bikes.
Can the BikeDock be installed on any wall?
The BikeDock is suitable for almost all types of walls. The BikeDock should pose no problems on the most commonly encountered cement, wood and brick walls. We do not recommend using the BikeDock on plaster-based walls. Plaster may not offer enough bearing capacity to support the bike storage system once your bike, and all your accessories, have been ‘hung’.
Can I assemble the BikeDock myself?
Yes, of course! The BikeDock is accompanied by all assembly material and a manual that guides you through the process.
Where is the BikeDock produced?
The BikeDock was designed and developed in the Netherlands and has been produced there from the very outset.
